Well done renovation… very cute inside and well appointed. Even though there was only one bathroom there was plenty of place for my wife and daughter to get ready in their rooms. Beds were comfortable and the AC worked great. They had all the necessary things needed like coffee pods, laundry soap, and bathroom essentials. The only thing to note is that it is on a gravel road. Not a big deal but good for folks to know to set expectations. A lot of good places to eat in this side of town and kind of nice to get out of the hustle and bustle of Fayetteville when things are crowded I. Days where there is a lot of activity around campus. Jen was a great host and very communicative.

Great family vacation! Jen was so helpful in getting the guest passes needed for the local marina days prior to the trip. She worked diligently in this regard, making sure our family vacation went smoothly and everyone had fun. Prior to check in I messaged our host to ask about an earlier check in. Jen quickly responded and was very accommodating. Jen reached out several times just to make sure nothing was needed. "Jen" became a household name for my family during our stay, creating a comraderic atmosphere in an otherwise foreign place. What a wonderful experience Jen helped make possible for my family. I really can't say enough about our gracious host. Stellar experience all around!

Wonderful cottage, all the items you need to make you feel right at home. Comfortable beds, great appliances! Communication from Jen is easy, responsive, and quick. It was a nice stay-cation.

The Novel is a great place to stay! It’s both stylish and cozy, and we loved every part of it. The decoration and overall look are impressive, and the area around it is lovely with plenty of places nearby to walk and explore. We had a wonderful stay there and would definitely recommend it to others!

The Novel is a great place to stay. Everything was decorated nicely, in great condition, and very clean. It has everything you would need to stay in and cook/eat/etc.., but is also located right in the middle of all the restaurant/shops so its a very short walk to try out different places. The business owners around us were very friendly and would ask us about staying at the Novel and how great a place it is. If you are bringing bikes, there are alot of bike trails that start right outside the place and can take you around Lake Atalanta which was beautiful. There is a park/entertainment area right across the street and there was some live music and food vendors that made for a fun evening. The farmer's market is right across the street on Saturday mornings if you are in to that. Bentonville is also a short 10 minute drive for other entertainment/shopping. Jen was also great with the communication and recommendations. Would definitely stay at the Novel again!

Jen was kind and responsive. The place was great. Very spacious for a large group. It was extremely close to the golf course where we came to play for the weekend. We would stay again.

The house and neighborhood is very clean and cute. Loved having a half bath in addition to the 2 full baths. Also it’s nice to have parking available at the house and additional on the street, as we had 2 vehicles. We were very comfortable during our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was exactly how it was advertised. Jen was an excellent host, always responsive, her recommendations to explore the city was great and her cellar instructions made checkin and checkout real easy.

Jen's place is a charm! It's in the area close to great restaurants and stores. We got everything we need and house is so clean. I recommend this place if you want to visit Fayetteville!
