This house is an excellent choice for a stay in Bentonville. The house is clean and close to all the attractions of Northwest Arkansas. The rental company is absolutely great to deal with. Jen and her group at the leasing agency are as good as it gets! This house will hopefully be available for all of my trips in the future.

Perfect place to stay! We are a family of 4, and we had everything we needed to be able to cook meals, watch a movie on the couch together, and do laundry. The bed was extremely comfortable, I felt right at home.

This was our second stay at The Novel, and it was just as great as our first stay. The location is unbeatable - right in the middle of everything - coffee, restaurants, bars, shopping. The apartment is impeccably decorated and stocked with everything that we could want/need for a comfortable stay. Jen is always quick to respond if we have any questions or concerns. Overall - great apartment, location, and host! Well won’t hesitate to stay here again when we come back to NWA.
