This place is outstanding! It's a great location and walkable to all downtown Rogers restaurants, bars, galleries and shopping. It has an amazing speak-easy vibe and the attention to detail that the owners have put into the property is outstanding. Jen did a great job of being pro-active, and making sure our check-in process was super helpful. I highly recommend this property and location.

We had a wonderful time at Jen's place. We had a multigenerational group of 9 family members, and everyone was comfortable, and we had more than enough room to spread out. This was a great home base for our visit to Crystal Bridges Museum. If you are a Mountain Biker, I imagine this place is even more incredible as it is so close to the trails and what looks like a new bike park that is being constructed nearby. If we ever make it back that way again, we plan on staying here again!

Great place for families or extended families! There are trails just around the corner. We had an amazing and also peaceful time. Jen was responsive and gave simple, clear instructions.

Extremely clean, cozy, and very well stocked. The Christmas tree was a thoughtful touch that made the home feel warm and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend it.

This was our second time staying here and this time we stayed through Christmas. It was nicely decorated for Christmas for us, and everything about our stay was perfect. The location is also very ideal, as it is right in the middle of downtown Rogers.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Jen’s place in Bella Vista was an absolute gem. The home was extremely well stocked and thoughtfully set up truly felt like borrowing a close friend’s place rather than staying in a rental. It was easy to find, felt very safe, and was close to all the main attractions. Even though it’s located in a neighborhood, it felt surprisingly secluded like a peaceful little treehouse tucked away in the woods. What really made this stay exceptional was Jen herself. After another host had an unexpected emergency at the last minute, she stepped in, let us check in early, and completely saved our holiday then somehow upgraded it in the process. Her kindness and flexibility went above and beyond. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Jen’s Place in Bentonville was absolutely fantastic, the gorgeous Christmas Tree in the living space was an extra touch that was so perfect for the reason we were staying in the NWA area. The home was stunning and in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood that was fun to walk with our granddaughters on the scooters that Jen had in the play area of the home. Kitchen had all of the needed items, the beds were so comfy and warm. Instructions were clear and concise, we loved the warmth and cleanliness of the home and our grandkids especially loved the fun toys in the playroom. We thank Jen for all of the kind words concerning the new baby born during the stay and the quick responses to any needs. Her fun suggestions for places to eat and things to do with our granddaughters were great! We thoroughly enjoyed our communications with Jen. Thank you!

Jen was great. Super responsive and empathetic to our requests. Major bonus points on a kitchen with plenty of pots/pans/bowls and cooking utensils for us hungry cyclists. We found the space to be great for our needs and a great retreat for us. 10/10 would recommend and stay again.
