We had a 9 hr drive down into Arkansas and before hand we were looking into AirBnB’s and Jen’s place caught our attention , one thing about me is I’m such an OCD and Clean-Freak . Jen’s home was exactly how it looked in the pictures . Thank Jen for hosting us , We will definitely be booking with you once back in town . Easiest 5-star review ever. There’s no better possible location in Rogers. Pictures don’t do it justice. Comfortable, clean, exquisite taste in decor. Not to mention very unique. Very good food nearby. Bars, restaurants, parks, and Onyx coffee!!

The cottage has a deck with an excellent view of a wooded ravine, making it a great spot to finish the day with wine and cheese. The location is convenient for visiting Crystal Bridges and the Native American museums in nearby Bentonville, as well as for side trips to Eureka Springs, with scenic views of the Ozark Mountains along the way.

We had a great time at Jen's place. Jen was responsive and had provided very clear instructions. The place was exactly as it was mentioned in the description and photos. Accessibility to shops and trail heads were a big positive for us during the stay.

We came to Bella Vista for a couples getaway and some golfing. The condo was perfect for us. Clean, cozy, and well appointed. We like to cook when we do these trips versus waiting at restaurants and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. We had a few questions during our stay, and Jen answered them promptly. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed with friends and small children. Having two living spaces and a place for the kids to burn off energy outside was key to the peaceful vacation we had. Jen was responsive throughout our stay for any questions.

Great place especially if using the bike trails at Centennial Park. Clean, quiet, peaceful and great location close to the University and Wal Mart. Communication was excellent as was everything about the house. Would definitely stay here again.

We celebrated my husband’s 60th birthday and this was the perfect location! Accommodated 12 perfectly! Really felt at home and enjoyed our stay. Jen was super responsive to all our questions. Will definitely keep this home on our short list for North West Arkansas places to stay.

Our stay in Fayetteville was great and our Airbnb was exactly what we needed. We travelled to Fayetteville for a college tour at the University. We wanted enough space to spread out and enjoy the Fayetteville and Bentonville area. We were 10 minutes from the University and 30 from Bentonville. Jen made our stay exceptional by reaching out proactively to offer an additional day to our stay. It worked out perfectly allowing us to travel up a day earlier. The house was lovely, it had all the amenities we needed and very peaceful. During our stay we saw a herd of white tail deer across the street in a clearing. The house was located near a main road that had plenty of places for picking up a meal and Walmart down the road for any last minute items. Jen was clear in her communication and I appreciate the updates that I received. I am looking forward to going back to Fayetteville and staying at the place in the future.

Would stay again. Everything was as described, with a few new additions. The house was spacious, a short bike ride to everything we could want. Well stocked. Jen was very responsive and gave local recommendations for places to eat and see.
