This was our second stay at The Novel, and it was just as great as our first stay. The location is unbeatable - right in the middle of everything - coffee, restaurants, bars, shopping. The apartment is impeccably decorated and stocked with everything that we could want/need for a comfortable stay. Jen is always quick to respond if we have any questions or concerns. Overall - great apartment, location, and host! Well won’t hesitate to stay here again when we come back to NWA.

This was a great property for our family of four as we spent a week exploring NWA. The updated interior, fully stocked kitchen, and peaceful setting offered a lot of bang for our buck. The quiet location is off the beaten path yet only a short drive from I-49 or Fayetteville proper.
