Jens place was clean and would stay again if in the area. Had all the comforts of home and wifi was great. I accidentally book my stay for the 29th but showed up on the 28th and she was able to accommodate us within 15 minutes. Thanks for the stay. She responds very quickly. A plus 5 in my books.

Our stay at Jen’s place was a delight. All of pictures of the house were very accurate and the check in was very easy. It helped that the friendly cat met us at the door. We have had a small issue with the thermostat but Jen quickly got the issue resolved. Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable as well. We will definitely stay here again.

GREAT LOCATION! We loved being so close to downtown and the home was great even for 10 people. Very clean and charming. We will definitely look to stay here next time we visit Arkansas!

Great host. Very responsive and attentive. House was large enough for our group of 10 with ample extra space to move around. Lots of seating for meals. Would definitely book this property again.

This was such a beautiful home! A group of my friends and I stayed here and went to a Razorback game and this place was perfect for us. It’s not too far of a drive from Fayetteville! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a large group of people. It’s spacious and everyone had their privacy. Overall a great stay!

Home was clean and tidy. A little more remote than we usually select, but I needed space to set up my mobile office and the huge dining table fit the bill. Watching the baby deer play in the meadow across the way was a fun plus.

I rent 2 homes in Bella Vista every year for our motorcycle group. This home was perfect. Very spacious, large garage and located in a very nice setting. The neighbors were very polite as well. House was clean and everything from check in to check out went very smoothly.

We found a beautiful and peaceful place! The house was adorable, spotless, and looked exactly like the photos. As an Airbnb host myself, I truly appreciate the cleanliness and all the thoughtful touches — Jen really thought of everything. Congratulations on creating such a welcoming and comfortable space! My family and I loved our stay and enjoyed the short walk to the square, where we found plenty of fun things to do.

Place is really close to downtown but far enough out to be peaceful at night. We were there for a motorcycle rally and did not spend too much time at the BNB but if the rain would have rolled in there would have been plenty more to do at the house while we were stuck. Would recommend to anyone looking to be close yet far away from downtown Rogers.

We have been traveling to Fayetteville the last five years with two kids going to UofA, so we have tried lots of locations and this is one of our new favorites. Accommodations were great, peaceful street, and easy access to the University. Jen was very accommodating and proactive with checking in on our stay, we will definitely be staying here again.
